Yondr’s North American footprint spans two very different market tiers: an established, capacity-heavy anchor in Northern Virginia and newer single-site entries in Canada and Texas. The Arcola and Bristow buildings sit inside Northern Virginia, which industry analysts rank as the single largest hyperscale data center metro in the world, and Yondr’s own materials describe the region as a critical hub not just for the US but globally. Yondr operates data center campuses across Europe, Asia, and North America, with developments in Virginia, Canada, the UK, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Germany, the Netherlands, and (until recently) India, with the Dallas-Fort Worth metro described as one of the major data center markets in the US and globally. Toronto represents the newest leg of this footprint, marking Yondr’s first facility in Canada, while the Lancaster, Texas site — Yondr’s largest planned US campus at 550MW — signals the company pushing beyond its original Virginia base into a second major US corridor.
