T5 Data Centers AI Data Centers

T5 has begun positioning some of its newer campuses specifically around AI and high-density cloud workloads. Its CHI V building in Elk Grove Village, Illinois (announced 2025) is explicitly described as designed for high-density cloud and AI applications with 36 MW of critical IT capacity, while the planned T5@Atlanta IV campus in Palmetto, Georgia (announced 2024) is meant to enable high-compute AI applications using liquid cooling technology. Its Chicago III building in Northlake, Illinois also advertises air and liquid cooling systems supporting up to 50kW per rack, a density level associated with AI/high-performance workloads.
