Novva's clearest AI-optimized facility is its flagship West Jordan, Utah campus outside Salt Lake City, which the company and its financial partner CIM Group describe as one of the largest direct-to-chip cooled AI data centers in the world once its 175MW, four-building build-out is finished. The campus uses a proprietary water-free, ambient-air based cooling system paired with direct-to-chip cooling compatibility to support high-density AI and cloud workloads, and CIM has said the design uses about 84% less water than comparable regional data centers. Novva's other newer sites, including Tahoe Reno and Mesa, are also being built with direct-to-chip-compatible cooling and high-density data hall designs, though the West Jordan campus is the one explicitly singled out as AI-scale infrastructure.
